Poor Management and unfair practices: opiniones de empleados con el puesto de Risk en Zenith Bank

Poor and political managers, poor + risky systems, negative environment. Most staff did not enjoy their jobs and used this role as a stepping stone or 'for the meantime' job. False promises and confidentiality/honesty to HR are breached and used against you. Not much work/responsibilities given and no room for development. Unfair and inappropriate treatment of staff.
