There are no pros in this company. It is the worst place ever! - The MD is fit for nothing. - The VP does not know anything but politics - The CEO is just cares about money coming to his pocket
Desventajas
There are too many: 1. No salary on time. 2. No PF. They will deduct from salary but. 3. Mental harassment non-stop 4. No plan. Only money money money is what management wants. 5. No leave policy 6. No overtime paid 7. They pretend that its 5 days working, but make you work 20-20 days in a stretch and no appreciation. 8. The MD who's only qualification is that he is CEO's brother just messes around with people for his own pleasure. He is an uneducated person with no management experience. 9. All good reviews are fake. The employees are made to write good reviews under pressure. 10. You can forget about incentives. You want to save yourself, don't join this company! If you want to ruin your life, go ahead! They are always hiring anyways because no employee stays here for more than 2 months.
