Yodel deduct wages from staff on a near weekly basis!
Nearly every week when i receive my invoice it has deductions on it. Usually over £10 a week.
They will not pay you for a parcel if it is delivered a minute early. If it is late. If the picture you take at the door isn't good enough and if the customer complains.
Please know if a customer complains about the company and not the driver, the driver will still be deducted pay as the package was in their hands less.
Yodel do not state anywhere in their advertisement that they deduct pay.
Yodel do not tell you during the training they deduct pay.
There are 2 small lines in the contract that suggest deductions but do not properly explain how a deduction would occur.
Yodel rates are 75p or 95p a parcel. Pay averages out at 85p a parcel .
The common number of parcels I get dropped to me to deliver range between 30 - 80 parcels . Mostly its 50 or 60.
Yodel do not give you money for fuel.
It is not worth your time working for this company. It will make you stressed and chasing money. Just don't do it.
