It's obvious that new management is not meant to be in their positions, proof simply look at how many people left and are still leaving. Hence, almost all contract's notice period has been increased to 3 months.
Everyone is leaving and almost all core team members from all departments(IT, adv., publisher team) left.
Food for thought for the new applicants: Just think who in the leading position in his/her own Company would change his/her company, answer is no one, otherwise his/her previous Company had bad reputation and thus they are changing. Keep in mind, whoever from above scenario is coming to your Company, he/she is bringing that work atmosphere with him/her. Especially, effect will be bigger if it's management.
