A lot to learn for young professionals, nice environment to work, older colleagues very experienced, excellent balance of work and free time, flexible working times
Desventajas
No transparency within the organization, bad salary (payment same as engineering service companies!), no overhours payed, no benefits and bonuses, management is indifferent, HR better not to describe, no development plan for employes (good only in theory). There are no salary bands information, need to be careful what you negotiate, they will try to exploit you with each and any way!
