Ventajas
Small, fast paced, and entrepreneurial. There are no useless meetings and if you have a good idea you can be moving on it that afternoon. It is privately and family owned with a relaxed vibe despite the speed we are moving at. You are known and appreciated when you work here.
Desventajas
It is still in a late stage startup mode so systems and processes are being finalized. There is a heavy expectation that you be proactive in problem solving which I don't necessarily consider a negative myself, but for some people that want to be told what to do and not have to worry about improving things this can be a negative. Benefits are minimal due to the small size of the company, but the upside is they are improving as revenue and profitability increases.
