Ventajas

+ This is a good way to break into the fitness industry if you are a beginner trainer. Why? Because WoW has an extremely high turnover rate. Its not exactly a secret. + Depending on where you work, you can meet alot of great people. Once again, great for beginner trainers to learn and grow. WoW offers a great workout environment and the clientele is usually pretty diverse and energetic. Their fitness classes are actually pretty good. + Not a bad place to work for as a low stress, part time job for people working as a desk clerk and customer service. + Company does have a sense of community and does offer some training for new trainers. + If you enjoy sales, you will enjoy WoW. Fitness coaches (sales reps) get their own offices, which is really nice.

Desventajas

- WoW uses and abuses their trainers. Make no mistake, WoW is high pressure sales. Trainers are essentially walking salesmen. Depending on what gym manager you get, you may be pushed to perform harder than others. This may be difficult and frustrating for trainers that just "want to train". - High pressure, high stress. Good luck advancing in the business. - These new promotions every couple of weeks or so lowers the rapport of employees, which really hurts the trainers. - Upper management can be especially overbearing.
