Workfront has a very marketingy manner as a company, where appearances matter the most. There is a lot of politics going on that affects people . especially between Europe and US. People in US are very nice and approachable culture , in Europe, very political, hierarchical and back-stabbing culture with people saying in meeting whose " fault" it is. Clear hystoric battle happening between regions with leaders back-stabbing each other. This culture even got the new Europe Managing Director fired and a lot of hire-fire culture. Not once managers smile at you saying you are doing great without really taking an interest into what you do , then speaking behind your back or plotting to get you fired. Management even lied blatantly that people have absolutely no reason to be worried of layoffs, just two weeks before starting to fire 10% of the company due to COVID 19. Honest advice, take this job only if you are desperate.
