      Ventajas

      There are some excellent people who are the heart of WFS. I truly enjoyed my time and made some lasting friendships while I was there.

      Desventajas

      You have to remember that this company is _basically_ owned by the 3 founders, and unless you're one of them, well, you never will be. Some of the people in management could be replaced by lawn furniture and have a better job done.

      Ventajas

      Great company and surrounded by many great talented individuals that helped shape the company to where it’s at today, even after being acquired by ADP.

      Desventajas

      Individuals at higher levels are able to either pull the wool over others eyes, or others in those higher positions choose to turn their back to confront serious HR issues along with using company $$ as their personal travel fund.
