Onsite leadership- Subpar, Poor and Toxic Culture that appears fostered and enabled. Too much poor legacy culture and outdated practices. All that are in leadership roles (Leads, Supervisors, Superintendents, Managers, Plant Management) are overpromoted from within or in roles due to seniority or favoritism.
