Ventajas
The procurement and operations work has genuine potential. With proper training, consistent processes, and supportive leadership, the role could be both engaging and impactful.
Desventajas
The biggest challenge at WebPros was the near-total absence of structured training and onboarding. New employees are handed materials that are contradictory and hard to follow, with no clear framework for understanding expectations or workflows. You're essentially left to piece things together on your own — and when team members are asked for guidance, you often get conflicting answers depending on who you ask.
Management was extremely hands-on in terms of monitoring day-to-day work, but that oversight wasn't paired with actual coaching, clear direction, or consistent expectations — which is a frustrating combination. Micromanagement without mentorship doesn't set people up to grow or succeed.
When performance issues came up, leadership pointed to individuals rather than looking at whether the training, processes, or communication structures were actually working. The root causes — unclear documentation, contradictory guidance, lack of foundational support — were never meaningfully addressed.
If you value autonomy, professional development, or working within well-defined systems, this environment will feel difficult. The company has real work to do in building reliable processes and investing in its people before employees can reasonably be held to high performance standards.
