There are very few pros on this list but they had benefits and had a few rewards

Looking forward to the day I leave this company. This has been the worst almost two years of my life. It should not be taken lightly that this company is a wolf in sheep's clothing. They prey on students who come right out of college with little or no experience in the professional work force so that they are clueless of how an actual company should be. Almost everyone is a young adult working there besides the senior management team and there is a reason for that. They will sell this dream of all these perks and rewards that you can get which will blindside you. Also there is a toxic positivity in the air in which negativity is not even allowed to be present. Micromanagement is an understatement and every single minute of you day is tracked with your coaches looking over your shoulder constantly. Training is almost minimal to none where they give you these modules to do but when it comes to training from your coach, it's vague power point with little to no information. This job is going to drain you because of the demand for "productive work hours" and the pressure to do team building activities to be a "team player." The services they provide to clients may seem good but then you are pushing these maintenance plans that will essentially be useless. Companies are getting blindsided with what they are purchasing because in reality it is a bunch of semi-clueless recent college graduates trying to figure out how to do their jobs. On top of that the websites are built with Word Press which is one of the easiest website builders to use and they would almost be better off putting it together themselves rather than having an underpaid employee copy and paste information you give them. As I said, this is a cult so you have to be in the "group." The environment may seem welcoming but in the end, if you don't mesh with the group, you are out. This may seem normal but it all feels like trying to get in with the popular group in high school. It will make you question if it is worth all this for pay that is basically on the lowest end for the industry standard. Conversations with my leadership on my progress have been unproductive where a mature conversation is out of the question and it results in a retaliatory step in which it's escalated to leadership. There is no clarity or consistency from the leadership team. Don't let the "Best Places to Work" awards blind you. It is all determined by a survey randomly sent out to employees where the employees taking it will of course give a 5 star review because it means more rewards for them. It's not an honest survey compared to internal company survey which will tell a different story. In summary, this company is an unethical mess. Don't let the 1-star reviews on here get buried because they are all true, current employees will just cover them up with 5-star reviews. There is a reason the negative reviews have the most helpful acknowledgements.
