      Ventajas

      Nothing.. During my 4-month tenure, I witnessed at least 10-12 freshers being hired and subsequently terminated without receiving their due compensation.

      Desventajas

      Warning: Avoid joining this company due to unprofessional conduct. With only 4-5 employees, the company has a history of hiring and terminating staff within 2-3 months without valid reasons, often withholding their salaries. During my 4-month tenure, I witnessed at least 10-12 freshers being hired and subsequently terminated without receiving their due compensation. Moreover, employees of this company drink in the office while working in front of all other employees. This is very disgusting and unprofessional behaviour. Be cautious and aware of this company's practices.

      The company really has a small industry footprint which unfortunately stems from the lack of corporate support required to expand

      Ventajas

      Casual work environment (can wear jeans & sweatshirts) -Unique and well known Clients in CT - Owner really cares genuinely about the business and the people who work there -No two days are the same, clients and daily tasks change frequently so the work isn't boring

      Desventajas

      Benefits are just okay (no dental) -Office is too small for growing employee roster often times feels claustrophobic, not enough meeting space -High stress environment with sometimes tight deadlines -A few people wear too many hats and things can get lost or messy, no clear employee growth or promotion paths
