The environment can sometimes feel quite political, where managing people and protecting your own position becomes equally important as actual work. 3. Recently, senior-level hires seem to be coming through existing personal connections, which may not feel encouraging for everyone internally. 4. There also seems to be a strong focus on improving the company’s Glassdoor/image ratings lately. Because of that, you may notice more positive reviews appearing in the near future. I know non of them are Pros:)
