      Ventajas

      Great company. As any, it has its ups and downs, but in general great place to work. Coworkers help one another, top management is involved and the owner is very employee oriented. Great benefits and in general friendly atmosphere.

      Desventajas

      Those are usually related to businesses cycles and strategy. As things change, sometimes direction is not clear to everyone.

      Great company culture. Very understanding of individual needs Monday through Friday

      Can be hard to stay physically clean.

      Ventajas

      - Amazing (multi cultural) workers. - Great work environment. - Hybrid (3 days in office 2 days remote) working days. - Okay management - Helpful coworkers. - They value employees that have worked there 10 plus years and so many have been there over 20 years. - Usually promote internally and will outsource if necessary only. - Great benefits. - Amazing training. - Very patient.

      Desventajas

      - Very time consuming tasks. - Extensive knowledge of industrial measurement of pressure and heating products needed. - Very stressful. - Seniority is everything since people have worked there 10, 15 even 30 years before you. - Below average salary. - Very high email volume.
