Because the VP has been there 25+ years, they call all the shots and no room for your own ideas as they are already tell you how to do your job. The supervisors are overworked due to the shortage of supervisors. Supervisors quit or walk out due to the 12+ hour shifts that they didn't sign up for. We are constantly begging associates to work overtime due to the shortage in staff and management. Zero culture with employee morale in the dumps. You can try to schedule a fun event, but no support from leadership team.
