Management expectations are numerous and unreasonable. You are expected to produce above and beyond but still get treated like profit making pawns of greedy self serving owners who care nothing about the safety or morale of their employees. Good luck on getting time off for a Doctors visit, you get dinged($200) if you have to stay home for a family emergency - vacations are handed out on the whims and fancies of management. It does not matter how hard you worked the day before, or how dangerous the job conditions are - you are expected to do it. Work related injuries are frowned down on and they get pissed off if you get injured and WSIB gets involved. If you fall sick on the job, you are expected to work until management decides to get another tech to replace you or if you fall sick the night before you have to come into the shop to prove that you are actually sick. Dispatch is totally clueless, so that's no help. I could go on and on.

Truck to go home early when all your calls get cancel because no wants dish anymore.

This job is piece work not $30hr. U work 3 to 4 days a week and u get a so called blue say when they have u on call and don't get work anyways.if u don't have a family and no life perfect job for u because u work 12hrs a day and your calls end up getting cancel anyways. You are to take pictures of your work so you need to take a class in photography because they fail you for having a shadow in your pictures. This job makes you crazy and mentally sick for the rest of you life. I can go on and on. Stop any vupoint truck and ask the tech how is his day going. You will get all the answers. Don't work here I am quiting my position because I had enough of the madness. The supervisors don't help with nothing they sit in there trucks and watch u do your install and they don't know anything anyways because they don't even do anything Vupointsystems rename to slaverysystems
