Financial priorities appear misaligned, with focus placed on restructuring cap tables rather than investing in the product or addressing clear gaps in support. Transparency around company performance and financial health is minimal. Growth is slowing, and customer dissatisfaction with the product is increasing. Go-to-market strategy shifts frequently—often quarterly—creating inconsistency and confusion. Ultimately, meaningful improvement is unlikely without addressing the culture and establishing real accountability.
