Virtual Lingos strives to have the best culture possible, it truly does care about it's employees and will go out of it's way to help in any way possible. V.L. listens to every employee and is constantly hacking their processes and workplace. They also look for as much feedback as possible from it's customers including monthly quality calls, monthly sit in's and customer surveys with every email sent.

Virtual Lingos is a brand new company with only 11 months under it's belt at the moment of this post. With that said, the team is really small with only 14 people which makes everyones job position very diverse and a lot of work.

You could work from home. The CEO was a nice guy during the interview process and occationally checked in. Unlike the digital person so was incharge of the interns.

I recieved very little guidance from the person who was working with me and rude emails stating that things were "common sense" when they were actaully a stylistic choice. I produced over 20 videos and at the end of it had to reach out wondering how they were, how the launch was and never got a reply. I felt used for my work. Correction I was used for my work with no reply and no chance for a reference letter or any feedback.
