Nothing good in company. Everyone is in comfort zone

My experience with VertexPlus has been extremely disappointing, particularly within the marketing team. The organization does not provide a healthy learning environment, and there is very limited opportunity for professional growth. There is hardly anything meaningful to learn, as work is neither properly guided nor reviewed. Salary payments are often delayed, and increments are not provided on time. There is a complete lack of structure—no one monitors or evaluates the work being done. Unfortunately, even managers and team leads do not seem to have adequate knowledge or clarity about their own responsibilities. The HR support is also very poor. Once an employee resigns, HR becomes unresponsive and does not even answer calls. Important documents are not provided on time, which creates unnecessary stress for employees. Overall, the company does not support its employees and can terminate them without proper communication or justification. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable job, timely salary, professional growth, or a supportive work culture.

The team I worked with was supportive and knowledgeable — they taught me a lot and made the learning experience valuable.

Management is poorly organized and inconsistent in their communication. The initial offer details were changed later — the final salary was much lower than what was originally discussed. The official documentation provided contained multiple human errors, reflecting a lack of attention to detail. The training duration mentioned in the completion certificate was incorrect. Despite requesting a correction, the management did not respond or take any action.
