Only ex - seniors, and salary

Desventajas

Unrealistic Deadlines provided by company when you are unable to meet they will make sure you feel embarrassed among whole management. Good mentors left the company. A lot of politics management targeting people, make sures they get fired. New management is came with a lot of toxicity. This company make feels like you are useless, dumb.

Ventajas

Had a great experience working with the company. The learning environment is very supportive, and I got opportunities to enhance both my technical and professional skills. The leadership team, especially the CEO, is approachable, encouraging, and always supportive of employee growth. Overall, it has been a positive and enriching journey. Even getting salary on time (30th or 31st of every month). While a few employees may have different opinions, my personal experience with the company has been positive.
