Ventajas
Diverse mix of people, in general people are nice and socialable. Great flexibility and freedom. Good prices for lunch at the canteen. Drinking occasions in the pub next door
Desventajas
Too many politics. Too top management heavy - not enough people to actually do the work. Politics causing many talented people to leave and nothing is done to keep talent. The internal process is too admin heavy and too many steps which causes delay with 'real' work. No flexibility with booking resources. There was an ambiguous reason for the bar to close, this prevented the social mingling of people in the agency - leading to a more cold working environment. HR process is awful, new review template does not care about your needs and objectives to grow. There's bullying and many complaints about one particular high level management but HR and other management has not done anything to stop this from happening. No pay rise in 2 years, not even to match inflation and loss of spending power - no appreciation of work. TOO many 'art directors' who 'don't do design' and think they're creative directors. The agency needs more designers who can do and understand design!!
