      Company don't have strategy to get projects. When get projects, cheap vendor is always favorable and management does not think about the risks with cheapest vendor.

      Ventajas

      Great company and wages are nice with great benefits

      Desventajas

      Leadmean do not know the proper procedures in performing pipe fabrication and welding they will go behind your back and talk about you and then be your best friend but when you have a question about an isometric drawing they make up something when you know it's incorrect and ask them just to see what they would say
