Ventajas
Great people and casual environment. New Management listens to ideas and promotes good work. Pay is superior to relative jobs with other companies in the area and good benefits. Fun place to work. I referred a friend that started here last week.
Desventajas
The company was previously owned by GFI. It appears many people left during this time and when the new management came in because they feared it would be more of the same. That is not the case. New management understands security (they worked at McAfee, Symantec, Kaspersky, etc). They understand Channel (the "former" employees) did not. The only con I can think of is some people clinging onto the past. I would recommend checking this company out to my friends. In fact, one of them started here last week!
