      Respectful, responsive management team. Full access to their chain of command. Updike respects a drivers Time and compensates them accordingly. Nice equipment. Attentive maintenance department. Easily accessed and caring safety department

      Thank you! We take so much pride in knowing that our fleet of trucks and trailers are safe and clean for our drivers. Our maintenance team works tirelessly to provide a quick turnaround to get our drivers back on the road.

      My team was great. We were allowed to joke around and have fun.

      Desventajas

      No time to take breaks because you're so busy. Ownership says they're going to make changes, and nothing happens, no follow through. Unrealistic expectations when it came to driver mileage. The company left a high-ranking individual in his position way too long. He was very condescending, talked down to everyone, and always thought he was right.
