Ventajas
Company has been going through quite a bit of change. It's grown over the past few years, and has also been in acquisition mode acquiring other hospital and clinic organization and forming joint ventures, thus the name change to UnityPoint Health (was formerly Iowa Health System). So it's a very busy time right now, but that's providing good job security
Desventajas
Company doesn't have a good approach to change management. They undertake new acuqisitions and initiatives without taking the time to really consider the feasibility of the large number of substantial simultaneous initiatives, which is resulting in a lot of strain and stress for some areas.
