Ventajas
The flexibility was the biggest blessing ever. Family friendly business -HUGE benefit when having kids. Inbound -some campaigns were awesome. Worked through some diverse campaigns which were interesting. After I had my boy I had some big health issues & wanted a break with raising my bubs. I ended with them saying I could return & to let them know when I am ready to return to inbound, which I thought was quite loyal. I feel very fortunate for Unity4 even though I have not returned. Still enjoying raising my boy. I started doing careflight outbound & transfered to inbound after a few years.
Desventajas
I didn't enjoy outbound sales (but that is just me) although I did for a few years. I did inbound. Some campaigns & software were better than others. When teething the problems out you could cop alot of backlash from customers. Sometimes would continue which would be frustrating. Customers could be quite full on due to this & could log out some night in tears. These were the moments I would feel lonely.
