Ventajas

Team management was among the best in the business and fought for the team regularly. Communication was pretty good for an IT company spanning multiple continents.

Desventajas

Constant layoffs every 6 months or so, with teams being overworked and underappreciated. It seems like a company that only grows when it buys other companies and strips them bare. Has no loyalty towards the smaller customers and only works to appease the larger contracts, even moving away from the original business ethos.
