After 24 months now Siemens Enterprise Communications describes itself as "[undisclosed number of people] in over 100 countries" where the Siemens' description remains "over 400000 people in 190 countries" Also, SEN Group won industry's most recognized Voicecon 2010 award for its communications platform OpenScape UC Server 2010 as a clear indicator of good business management.
Desventajas
Since Gores came into play, management is more focused on business and finance instead of people and technology which creates background dirt at customer projects employee dissatisfaction. Company missed money making opportunities from developing countries which proved to be reacting better during global economic crisis, instead they focused on developed country cost savings. For example dismissed workers in U.S. but ignored Turkish contact center market growth at 30% year-over-year.
