Ventajas

There is really not much positive I can share. They’re being bought by Cintas, the main competitor but nobody knows what is happening with the details or at least they aren’t being transparent about it if they do know.

Desventajas

Certification- verbatim script Car insurance- must list as business use which has a big impact on your cost of insurance nobody told me until after I accepted the job.Benefits are expensive to get the decent coverage option. No hands on training, just go get em mentality. And don’t get sick in the first 90 days or you’ll be terminated. Even with a doctors note.

Ventajas

People here are great, management listens with patience and understanding. Great coworkers, supportive leadership, steady work schedule, good training for new employees, and opportunities for growth and skill development.

Desventajas

Work life balance can vary depending on workload and staffing levels. Some processes can feel repetitive, and advancement opportunities may depend on location and department.
