- Not ideal for long term. No fixed hours and fixed work place - Timings change daily, no accountablity of leaves, forget sundays and weekends. most of the times you have to work 12 hours a day - Although leave policy is in place but you dont get approvals for any leaves, not even major festivals - Work life balance is messed up. You wont have friends, cant focus on other activities and even your health. you will end up between bunch of people who dont have social life - Lots of biasness and favouring. Management at lower level will sneek in their refered candidates and will try to bring you down if you dont belong to their team. - Growth and future completely depends on your local manager. long term here will harm your career
