Ventajas
Depending on who your direct manager is, they will guide you through the issues of the company to not get fired. Some management will keep it real with you but the biggest issue is they are still under a microscope also.
Desventajas
Puts blame on the client always that it's the clients decisions and not TD. Favortism and discrimination highly used. Management are not trained to be actual managers. They are given a title to relay the message of the "law." New policies are created without it actually being a policy in the employee handbook. Also, good luck getting an employee handbook. They don't allow time for additional training that's mandatory continuous education. Threaten is their management style. Rather than any coaching or constructive criticism, it's wait until you make a mistake, let you be the responsible one and tell on yourself, then keep you employed because they need the numbers but on final warning. Keep in mind, that is if you're late a few minutes back from break once as an example.
