Ventajas

When I first started there were a lot of pros but towards the end not a lot

Desventajas

-new hires are getting half the salary of people who have been there for awhile. -any new hire is Canadian along with all of management. -management doesn’t understand the toy market. They run it like the auto market. - this place use to be a great place to work and genuinely cared about their employees. Now you are an easily replaceable number. -probably struggling financially a lot because rate increases caused millions worth of cancellations. Changed insurance plans midway through the year to save money
