Ventajas
I have worked for TrackerRMS for almost 10 years and can never see myself anywhere else. I genuinely love working for this Company. The Directors have been incredible to work for and have always encouraged and supported me in such a way that I only want to give 100% in return. They are approachable should you feel you need help and they are extremely driven, which only encourages me further. Targets have always been realistic and I have been rewarded well in my commission structure. I have been lucky enough to progress in my roles and have learnt so much along the way due to the hands on approach from my Directors from day one. I have truly learnt from the best! The team I have worked alongside over the years have been extremely well selected and a pleasure to work with. I have watched the Software go from strength to strength and have total confidence in it when I Demo to Clients. I'm extremely proud to see the success TrackerRMS has had and continues to have.
Desventajas
No Cons for me, although following our huge success in the UK, we expanded to the US and I have one Director here with me and the other has left for the Sunnier climate. Although we have daily catch-ups via Skype, I feel rather envious of the lovely offices and environment of my colleagues!
