Ventajas
After a decade-plus working for companies where I felt like an easily disposable cog in the machine, it's nice to work for one that both values me as a person and adequately compensates me for my contributions. This job is one that allows me work-life balance, treats me like an adult, supports me in a way that contributes to my success, and provides me ample opportunity to help shape what's happening around me. Leadership is fantastic at the little things that you would hope for in a workplace, and fosters a collaborative environment where everyone works towards the same goals and success metrics.
Desventajas
You have to be good on the phones, you have to be willing to make a lot of calls and talk to a wide range of people, and you need to be comfortable with rejection on those calls. If that is a trouble area, this job might not be for you.
