Ventajas

Very goal oriented, tightly knit team with positive overlap between departments. Great blend of hard-skills and soft, structured procedures and "off the cuff" problem resolution on a daily basis. Unique issues were often dealt with by combinations of departments, leading to good "overview" resolutions.

Desventajas

Sometimes difficult balancing between the engineering and actual product requirements in terms of resources allocated and availability. Also during crunch season occasional outsourcing issues in terms of product quality.
