They will write you up for leaving if you have a death in the family. If your relief doesn't arrive they make it your problem to fix. Clock in/out breaks often. Dispatch unreliable, poorly trained but they out rank you and will change your clock in/out times without telling you
Ignores issues at sites that clients create that pose risks. Blames and punishes employees for losing sites but won't manage, communicate, or train better. Write up system is guilty until proven innocent unless they already made up their minds regardless of evidence. Management will not answer calls or texts even during emergencies at a site
