The pay is great, however working of the clock is illegal but you're forced too
Desventajas
No work/home life balance, hours, bonus structure and hourly wages, forced overtime, over priced benefits, upper management (district management) changed 12 times in 7 years (regional managers) 11 times, high expectations with no incentives, they do NOT MOTIVATE they INTIMIDATE, no room for growth.
