Ventajas
The people are nice and engines are interesting. There is never any need for overtime. Honestly there is never any need to work 20 hours.
Desventajas
The job is very boring and skills useful to the outside world aren't developed. More bureaucracy is being added every month for no reason. The threat of government shutdowns will always exist as long as tea partiers exist. Pay is insultingly low for starting engineers.
