Where do you start really. Upside down management in Timpson actually seems to mean that the people at the bottom of the chain are far more qualified and capable of anything really compared to the managers at the top. It feels like the people calling the shots are completely guessing, I wouldn't be surprised if they had actions written on scratchcards to decide their next moves. The company has slowly got worse over the years and I got sick of making orders for customers and constantly having to tell them it hasn't arrived yet. As the odds of time go on, you'll find you come across the wrong customer and get assaulted. You'll be in the shop on your own with this to deal with, there are no lone worker devices and some brand new colleagues who do not even posses health and safety are left to run shops on their own. The most illegal company I have ever had the embarrassment to witness. I could go on for hours. Oh and you will have no transferable skills and get stuck there wanting everything to end so badly that you view life as nothing more than a black hole that you are slowly gravitating toward. Since leaving I have completely changed as a person and have gained my self respect again. Not my hearing though, personal protective equipment is not given even with loud constant noise from the finisher and the constant chemicals and dust in the air. The doctor tells me my hearing loss is irreversible now
