Ventajas

The company is still growing quite fast and have lots of exciting things lined up, so there are always new and cool things happening, which means no two days are the same and it never gets too monotonous or repetitive.
Desventajas
As the team is quite small, there are times when it gets very busy and there's a lot to stay on top of, and it can get a little chaotic. You need to be quite organised and prepare to work quite hard. Having said that, you will barely ever be expected to stay late or work any kind of overtime, so working hard during the day is worth it for the work/life balance.
