      Many friendly coworkers. Pay is alright for retail. Flexible schedule.

      Desventajas

      The employee morale has gone downhill. It is not 'Employee First' anymore. It's stockholders first. It's become a high pressure operation.

      Decent pay for the most part

      Desventajas

      No raises, no bonuses, as an IC doing every other department is more important. Lots of forced overtime at the last minute.
