      Good Pay and Benfits Generally People are really freindly

      We are rapidly shrinking and mangers are running around with their hair on fire and can't difrientate between a nut and the bolt

      Ventajas

      Friendly people at the lower levels. Great at putting up with lots of nonsense and “pivoting”.

      Desventajas

      No effort in employee retention. Lots of employees leaving (whether by their own choice or not) yet there is very little effort in finding replacements, leading to higher work loads with no increase in compensation. Pay is uncompetitive and raises and nowhere near enough to make up the difference.
