Global approach and good international colaboration. Good compensation (only if you are in US)

Desventajas

Not equal treatment for the business units of the company. It will depend where are you located, US ? Great, you are somewhere else? 2nd class employee. You are in the Robotic business unit? Good luck, you are abandoned.
