Ventajas
Tele2 has a lot of passionate people working for it and you can learn a lot from most of them. There is a lot of flexibility on the job and the opportunity to grow. Colleagues are generally good and while the offices are in Kista, they're still pretty nice.
Desventajas
Salaries are average and it's very difficult to get a raise beyond the annual review bump. A lot of reorgs mean some chaos and roles are not always well-defined, although this can be a bonus as you can move into different areas without people getting too territorial.
