Organisation of Monkeys. If you want to learn about the terrible culture and how to demoralize employees - then yes - this is the place for you! If you want to get abused by your boss - then yes - this is the place for you! If you are in sales, and want a new sales target doubled each year with no changes to your team - then yes - this is the place for you! If you want lies, deception and manipulation of facts - then yes - this is the place for you! Basically, any awards noted by this company are false. During your induction, you are encouraged to leave positive reviews that can read on the internet. After a few years of getting to know the organization, you will be subjected to the lowest level of professionalism known. I suspect that Putin may be a nicer boss. The upper management is a bully-dominated culture. If you want to spend a few years learning on how a 1960s run organization then join. If you are still within the organization - leave before it's too late. There are some good people there but they are swimming against a swarm of useless people. Anyone that values their professionalism - leaves the organization after a short duration. Run.
Desventajas
Management are the lowest of the low in regard to current business professionalism. I have worked at multiple international companies and though the others may have faults, this organization is systemic and encourages bullying, harassment and lies. Forget the mandatory annual training, that is organised by HR who organises and supports the corrupt behaviour. Anyone that speaks out about the culture doesn't last long. Feedback is that it didn't happen. Managers get supported based on lies and manipulation. No managers have received professional leadership training. They learn from each other and don't know any better. Run.
