      Some great clients that are way too understanding.

      Desventajas

      All the good leadership and technical engineers were chased off or left due to lack of commitment by management owners to their people. Now hiring low-paid desktop techs to fill seats. MSP clients have no idea how hap-hazard their networks are being run.

      Ventajas

      The Engineers I work with are outstanding and expeienced. Some of the Engineers have above average skillsets.

      Desventajas

      Management is always micromanaging every single thing you do. Constantly in Skype asking about this time entry and this type of work. Also you are constantly being monitored and watched. Expectations are not realistic of amount of hours quota being reached. I am seriously considering quitting.
