3. In my experience, there is nothing much to learn, I ended up teaching skills on different roles like project management, architecture, technical stack decisions, business definitions. Even though my role was software developer.
4. Managers lack of management experience, there were not real performance reviews and no professional goals defined.
5. Not a place that focuses on keeping good talent.
6. Lack of job security, layoffs are very aggressive and done from one day to another.
7. It is not a place for experienced professionals in technology.
8. Selling skills over professional skills.
9. No cultural, ethnic diversity.
