Ventajas
Learning is good. And, thats it.
Desventajas
1. Micro management like school. 2. Very less leaves. 3. No WFH. 4. The CEO won't realise and won't accept things. Every of existing employees is either resigning or looking for change. Still, they are taking it easy. This company is not good for your mental, physical and emotional health. 5. They will call late nights and expect you to pick it up. If you wont, escalation will happen next morning. 6. CTO will humiliate you in late night calls, 7. If you work good, they will kill you with works. If you work bad, they will do same with humilation. 8. Company is not good for long terms. No other option then only come here. 9. i have seen people resigning without any offers. HR policies are such ki they can extend your notice period, or wont even allow you to serve it.
