Ventajas
Great work culture with supportive leaders and friendly colleagues. There are plenty of learning and growth opportunities, including cross-team tasks. The internship is well-structured, and you get real responsibility early on. Pay is also decent for freshers, and while work-life balance can be challenging after conversion, the team feels like family, making the extra effort worthwhile :)
Desventajas
Some people here seem almost too perfect, so I often find myself analyzing their behavior ;-;
